Directions Convenient Location: My practice is conveniently located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, in the Wachovia Bank Center Building, located at the corner of PGA Boulevard and Military Trail. Map of 4440 PGA Boulevard Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410-6539, US Directions from the Jupiter/Tequesta area: Simply drive south on Military Trail. It is only a 10 - 15 minute ride. Directions from the West Palm Beach area: I am within 15 - 20 minutes, by either driving north on Military Trail or I-95. From I-95, you exit at the PGA exit. Directions from Martin County: Take I-95 South, and exit at Military Trail. This exit is about 17 miles from the Hobe Sound exit. Easy to access parking is available directly behind the building.
